Floor Safe is a 100% acrylic waterborne floor enamel with sand. Designed to promote additional security when walking to prevent potentially harmful or dangerous slips in interior or exterior floors. Floor Safe is ideal for interior or exterior surfaces such as wood, metal and concrete. Excellent for basement floors, porches, decks, patios, steps and other floor applications. All surfaces must be dry, clean, sound and free of contaminants such as dirt, grease, chalk, mildew, oil, rust, concrete curing agents, efflorescence, loose or badly cracked paint. Remove all contaminants by washing surfaces with an appropriate cleaner, sanding, scrapping and/or using a pressure washing machine.
